At Swayamvaras we are dedicated to complete transparency between ourselves and our valued customers. Same extends to our return/exchange/refund/cancellation policies. Details are provided here for your information:

1. Cancellation: While we are sure nobody can change their mind after selecting our products, on the very rare chance you do indeed decide to defer your purchase, single click cancellation is allowed up to time of despatch of product. Please note NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED AFTER DESPATCH of product.

   Refund will be issued immediately as Swayamvaras credit points (1 Point= 1 INR) which have to be redeemed within 120 days of issue. If refund is to be done to source bank account/credit card, then it will be done within 7 working days.

2. Exchange and/or return & refund: We take extreme care that our bespoke products are perfect and no stitch or thread is out of place. However, in the rare case if any serious manufacturing defect is found or if you receive product which is different from one that you ordered same has to be informed to us vide email to swayamvaras2022@gmail.com WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT. The email should contain clear picture(s) and/or video(s) of the defect found. Please note that as display pictures are shot in natural light and in 2-dimension, return request on account of minimal differences in colour and/or texture will not be entertained. Once exchange and/or return & refund request is accepted at our end, product will have to be shipped at following address: 12A1 Brook Tower, Hiland Park, 1925, Chakgaria, PS- Survey Park, Kolkata, West Bengal, Pin-700094. In case product chosen for exchange is of lower value then difference amount will be credited as Swayamvaras points (to be redeemed within 120 days)

   If any alteration such as falls, picot or cutting of blouse piece is done then exchange and/or return will not be possible. Also please ensure that all tags, silk marks/handloom marks are intact before shipping back product to us.

   Refund after the deduction of taxes and shipping charges if any will be issued immediately as Swayamvaras credit points (1 Point= 1 INR) which have to be redeemed within 120 days of issue. If refund is to be done to source bank account/credit card, then it will be done within 5 working days AFTER RECEIPT OF RETURNED PRODUCT.

   Please note that in case of any legal disputes, them same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction ofm Calcutta High Court, under whose jurisdictionm Swayamvaras is based.
